A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to the Capital pharmacy Long Term Care mobile application and websites, including co-branded Capital pharmacy Long Term Care-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Capital pharmacy Long Term Care Digital Services”), is subject to the Capital pharmacy Long Term Care Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
